On January 30, 2006 the Fig Media team was hired on to shoot a performance at Howl at the Moon on Hubbard St.–downtown Chicago. There was Howl at the Moon entertainers from all over the country that night. We had a three camera setup and lighting to full it out. It was a fun night filled with classic tunes. The final edit included a music video, and a 2 dvd set of breakdown of each song performed throughout the night. Howl at the Moon intends on using the piece as an instructional video.
Video Services: 3 camera setup (Canon XL1, Canon GL1, and Sony PD150) 2 on both sides of the room to get the piano player’s faces and one back of the room/ roaming camera, 2 point lighting (Lowell Kit), and ran audio from the soundboard to the XL1.
Editing Services: short form (music video) and long form (all song performances) in 2 DVDs.
