THE 606 // ABOVE THE RAILS GALA
Two hours before Above the Rails began, fig received a phone call from Revel.
"This turned out amazing and we need a filmmaker to cover the event." We jumped on it. Our deejay, Megan Taylor, was already on-site setting up to rock the dance party. She was splitting the decks with DJ Lani Love. Our filmmaker Kevin suited up and grabbed gear and headed out immediately.
The buzz around The 606 was all over Chicago. The project is exciting for the many neighborhoods it serves. With beautiful event design executed by our friends at Revel and a dance party that wouldn't quit the ripples from the event are still being felt. The event, raised over 1 million in funds for the project with over 950 people in attendance.
